Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love every piece of jewelry you receive. If you are not 100% satisfied with your retail purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within the first 14 days after receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is an error on our part.

Terms for Distributors (Wholesale)

By accessing our wholesale password, you agree to the following exclusive terms for volume purchases:

• The minimum order amount for the wholesale discount to be valid is $200.00 USD.
• If the system detects an order with a wholesale password below the minimum amount, the shipment will not be processed, and we will contact you to adjust the invoice.
• Returns for "change of mind" are not accepted on wholesale orders. We will only accept claims for factory defects if reported within the first 48 hours after receiving the package.
• The resale of our products must maintain the elegance and standard of the IB Collections brand.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your security is our priority. The personal information collected in our forms (names, emails, phones) or via WhatsApp is used solely and exclusively for processing your orders and communicating directly with you. IB Collections will never sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
